Delivery Terms

Porttipuisto Fitness Center Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Fit Porttipuisto or the online store) sells exercise services to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. The prices of products include value added tax.

Ordering

Exercise products to be ordered are selected in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store's checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, the fitness center's contract terms and rules, as well as the prices and shipping costs of the products. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.

Delivery

When purchasing exercise services from our online store, you will receive a pin code on the online store's My Information page, which allows you to enter the main door of the fitness center. Therefore, you can immediately start using the exercise services. We do not mail access tags, but you must pick up your key from our customer service during its opening hours. The contract continues indefinitely until the customer terminates it themselves. Fit Porttipuisto has a six-week notice period. If the membership starts with a promotional product, cancellation is possible only after the promotional period. We do not charge joining fees or annual service fees.

For one-time visits, an access card is not provided, but entry is made using a pin code. The pin code for a one-time visit is valid for one week.

Payment

Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the Financial Supervisory Authority's payment institution register, acts as the payment intermediary for the online store. Payment is made through the Visma Pay online service, and Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy will appear as the payment recipient on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is safe, as all payment transaction information is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the payment transaction details. The trade takes place between the online store's customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the trade. Payment Methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto and Enterpay Invoice for businesses.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online store payments in the application settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged from the payment card linked to the wallet. If charging the payment from the payment card fails, payment with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

Jousto invoice and installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is intended for private individuals who have managed their finances impeccably. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and fee-free payment time. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide to pay it in full or in parts. With installment, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 installments, starting at 9.90 euros/month. The costs of Jousto installment are 3.90 euros/month and a 19.90% credit interest. You can make purchases of 30–3000 euros with Jousto. The lender is Aurajoki Nordic Oy. Read more about Jousto at www.jousto.com.

Returns

The online store's customer has a 14-day exchange and return right according to consumer protection law. The customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the products in the order. If you wish to return the exercise service you purchased, first contact customer service and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information, and account number for a possible refund with the cancellation request.

Cancellation of Online Store Orders, Error Liability, and Complaints

Before using the purchased service, the order can be canceled with a written notification by email. The online store has a statutory error liability for the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service at porttipuisto@ole.fit.
