You are warmly welcome to try it out once for free, either directly during customer service hours or by scheduling a trial time via email!

Purchase a contract directly online - you can start training immediately with a PIN code! To the online store from here » We have a six-week notice period, so we do not require long-term commitment from our customers.

You can also pay using electronic exercise benefits, and load (also expiring) benefits for later use. We no longer accept paper exercise vouchers.

We offer a complimentary initial assessment by a Personal Trainer for new customers signing up for a continuous contract, where the customer's exercise needs are personally reviewed. The meeting may also include gym guidance or other guidance required by the situation. The gym program is not included in the free meeting.
